We were able to tweak the memory timings to a respectable 3-3-3-9-2T very easily, and in the advanced controls had the tRD (Performance Level) set to 6 with phase pull-ins enabled, as well as data transmitting and addressing set to "Fast". At less than one percent slower in raw performance figures there wasn't a huge difference, but it doesn't quite keep up with other boards. The latency is still pretty good too, virtually matching the Asus P5Q and Gigabyte EP35 boards, although it's a touch slower than the very tweakable Gigabyte P45 and Asus Maximus II Formula.

Sisoft Sandra tells of much the same story - the DFI hits mid-table here in terms of latency and performance, but it's still on the upward curve and matches most P45s, even edging ahead of the UD3R in raw performance.
